I can't manipulate transparency and colors through settings.

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎5/‎13/‎2024
OS build 19045.4894
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

You need to activate the transparency effect in the Windows settings for this feature to work.
