why cellranger-arc count stop running without error?

I am running cellranger-arc count on a laptop with 32GB of RAM and 18 cores. The process runned without any errors, but it appears to have stalled, as it has been stuck on the same log for a significant amount of time. There are no explicit errors or warnings in the log. Is this process normal, or is there something I should investigate further to ensure the process is still running correctly?
