Please describe your needs or suggestions for improvements

watchtower有个功能 compose 添加
labels:
- "com.centurylinklabs.watchtower.enable=false"
可以被watchtower忽略更新.
但是 1panel 创建的 应用不允许添加这个参数 所以每天都会扫自动更新
