Feature Request: Add Scan Angle Field to Point Cloud Data Output

Hi Helios++ Team,
It would be helpful to have the pulse scan angle as a field for the output point cloud data. This is pretty standard for output on most LiDAR systems. Otherwise it has to be computed from the Trajectory or Full Wave Form as an extra step.
