pre-2.0 conversion for linked accounts

Probably would be best to convert the old handler to the new one for linked accounts. Found on one test bed, if I left the old handler enabled (it doesnt display anymore due to ips4.3 changes) and setup the new handler. when attempting to link with the new handler it says that the Discord ID is already linked with an account.

Depending on size of the community, might be a PIA to have the community re-link manually, or even to surprise users with having lost ranks due to forced unlink for the post-4.3 update.

The new login handlers from Awia and Lavo for steam both have a conversion for pre to post 4.3

idk how i was able to link my account on my main test no issue, but i get this issue on my other test bed.

I actually know that converting doesn't work yet.
There's no upgrade routine at all, that's one of the last things I'll work on :)
