I recently created an alt, and when I set up portraits for the new classes I'm leveling.

However, when I go to click the "Update Gear Set," the portrait isn't saved, despite the messaging saying it's saved, and I get a prompt of "Delete (Gear Set Name)?" with a yes/no selection.

I wonder if this is because I'm saving it on a class and not a job, but I'm not sure.

Please find attached screen capture.

Can you right click on one of the gear sets and show me the menu that pops up?

I think I see the problem immediately after I went to go take the screenshot.
I don't have glamour plates unlocked on this character yet, so where "Edit Portrait" is in your photo, Delete Set is in mine.
Now things are making sense. :D

Yup, that's what I thought it might be. I have a theoretical fix for this issue I made a while ago but I haven't thoroughly tested it because "don't fix it if it's not broken". Well, it seems it is now, so I'll update the code with a better method of selecting the "Edit Portrait" entry, as long as everything works out as intended.

Bumping with the same problem.
Mostly for the benefit of others: to expand on what tokyo said, I did get this to stop by unlocking glamours.
