    var configTunParam []byte = append(addr, network...)
    configTunParam = append(configTunParam, mask...)
    fmt.Println(configTunParam)
    configTunParam = []byte{10, 0, 0, 1, 10, 0, 0, 0, 255, 255, 255, 0}

Here unused ip address input variables will cause no response ARP TUN mode, all of the ip packets unresponsive.
