Missing sbt-dynver dependency

I'm attempting to run the bot on Ubuntu using sbt. I am new to Scala so this admittedly might be a misunderstanding or error on my part.

I can get sbt to load from the root directory of the project (~/resy-booking-bot/project). I then execute run from the sbt prompt. But I then get a fatal error trying to resolve a dependency:

It appears that the repo1.maven.org server is online and hosting many other packages, but this particular one is indeed missing.

Can anyone help me understand if this is an issue with the published dependency repo (and if so, how I might effectively work around it?) or if I've misunderstood something about the environment setup?

Needed an older version of the Java SDK, version 11 specifically.
