Kompetanseteamets oppgaver:

Tilrettelegge for kompetansetiltak i samarbeid med HR
- Identifisere behov for kompetansetiltak som er felles for flere fagmiljøer
- Iverksette tiltak i felles kompetanseplan for Digdir
- Evaluere tiltak
Utarbeide opplæringsplan (overordnet; sy sammen HR og avd)
Veileder faglig mentor i utarbeidelse av opplæringsplan for hver nyansatt i avdelingen
