The following corrections need to be made to Table 8 in the Georgia TB Reference Guide (all relate to ethambutol dosing and doses):
Last row, Table 8 of the app, Ethambutol dosing for the last row (76+ kg) group. For daily dosing of ethambutol in the 76+ group, 2000 mg is listed for the ethambutol dose. This should be 1600 mg of ethambutol for the adult daily dose for the 76+ kg weight groiup. There is also a typo for the 76+ kg group for thrice weekly dosing for ethambutol; what is listed is 2800 mg. This should be 2400 mg of ethambutol for the adult daily dose for thrice weekly dosing for the 76+ kg weight group. The dose listed for 76+ kg group for twice weekly dosing (4000 mg) is correct and does not to be changed.
For ethambutol dosing, 40-55 kg group, twice weekly dosing, 1600 mg is listed. This should be changed to 2000 mg for the twice weekly dose for the 40-55 kg group. The other doses for this group are correct.
For the 56-75 kg The dose of ethambutol for twice weekly dosing is listed as 2400 mg. This should be changed to 2800 mg for the twice weekly dose for the 56-75 kg group. The other doses for this group are correct.
