Hi,
When loading the IMC .mcd files into Napari-IMC (latest version),
the imported image and all subsequent items as panoramas and ROIs are horizontally flipped. I can't find an option to change that (only 90 egress (switching dimensions) back and force). It creates also problems when creating ROIs using the new Napari plugin...
Can this be adjusted ?
