Feature description

Implement some code which drives a servo motor that adjusts the angle of a camera. The camera should be able to pitch up and down, controlled by keyboard input. Further details about the specifications soon.

Benefits of implementation

Mounting the camera on a servo will enhance the pilot's visibility and ability to determine the robot's position. Specifically, it will be extremely useful for the task of releasing the VPF in the square floating above the ROV. This was challenging last year because we couldn't see the square due to the fixed camera position.
