This advice is really great @timsk so I think sticking it in the app (little help icon top right or something?) would be really helpful - probably stop the numerous "it took me to the wrong place" messages we're seeing in Signal

PRO TIPS FOR DELIVERERS
• the Navigate to front door button on our delivery app will do exactly that for you – take you not just to the postcode centroid, not just to Google's best guess at where it thinks the address is, but right up to where we know the front door actually is.
• particularly for cyclists: check the route overview, and see if it's in your interest to do the list of stops from bottom to top. (The route calculating algorithm just tries to minimise overall distance, and could have you cycling past some stops while carrying a full bag, only to stop there on the way back).
• Google Maps will often display what it believes to be the closest address to our "this is the front door" pin in the map. Their best guess is often wrong! Google Maps will tell you "you are arriving at your destination, 15 High Street" when the address that you want is actually 11 High Street. Please double-check the CCK app and/or the printed route sheet for the correct address.
