There seems to be version mismatch in har-validator 5.1.2 (ahmadnassri/node-har-validator#113)
Means if you install the tutorial you'll get 404 on has-validator.
I'd propose that you bump har-validator from 5.1.2. to 5.1.3 - then it works straight from repo.

Where are we supposed to make changes? as I can't find any dependency like that in package.json
I just deleted the included package-lock.json and then ran npm install followed by npm audit fix without issues.
