Add what is needed to close off a season and start a new one.

  • Processes finished (when all processes are marked finished, the plan is considered finished - but maybe we should do that on the plan in the UI. Or maybe it is enough to just pick the right plan from the list, at least for now?
  • Offers no longer available wouldn't show on the Offers list, or explicitly finish (or want to just make them available again?)
  • Requests, explicitly finish? (the commitments that fulfill the requests can be all finished, is that enough?)
  • ???

Unclear if we should do a "real" season for 2024, then start 2025 in that instance.
