Exchange report shows undefined fields

I have some more clues on this.

The first one on the report is the transfer I entered outside of the regular plan, and then edited. (Didn't look at the report inbetween entering and editing.)

The second one on the report is from an edit I did to the top commitment in the first column here, changed to 300 pounds and saved cost, which brought cost to 1800.
