Delete on facets gives "duplicate" if same name

Low priority! I added a facet, deleted it, it went away from the list, then I re-added it with the same name. Both showed up on the list. I deleted one, they were both gone from the list. Makes some sense, since they probably have the same hash.

Looks like everything works well when not re-using a name.

Leaving open until we decide this isn't worth looking into, which is my opinion.
