Organization of object jinja2 templates

Currently, the jinja templates are all stored in a templates directory, even if the content is static. Additionally, there are Python objects mixed in that directory that reference templates that are not co-located in that directory. This poor organization is hard to parse when reading the source code for some of the pages.

Cleaner organization strategies should be followed.
