Token created from data return from back-end

Hi,

I'm creating a parser with operateur and some value hardcoded but all the fields and most of the value will come from a back-end.

Is this possible? I cannot find exemple for that.

I believe that creating a lexer dynamically should be simple enough.
But generating the Parser dynamically may be more complex are the Tokens the only things that is dynamic in your scenario
or is the structure of the grammar dynamic as well?

Yes, only the lexer will be dynamic with some token predefine.

I tried but for now it seem my fields are in the tokens but not in the tokensmap. Do you have any ideal how that can happen?

I suspect this may be a logical flow / timing issue with your JavaScript code rather than anything to do with Chevrotain.

I suggest you try to build a simplified "dummy" scenario where:

• Some Tokens get defined after some fixed timeout (setTimeout) to simulate information from the backend.
• Then the Parser would be initialized using those "async" tokens.

This may help you understand where your problem originates.
