On Azure deployment SD-WAN manager throws unexpected error #33

Describe the bug
Deployed on Azure exactly as per readme. Every node works fine except for sd-wan manager which throws the following error:

sdwan-manager-0: Failed to define (Unexpected error cat-sdwan-manager-20-15-1/viptela-vmanage-20.15.1-genericx86-64.qcow2)
