Park Rebalance no longer broken

I've updated Park Rebalance a while ago, but just found out about this mod.

This is not true anymore:

Broken by the Cities: Skylines 1.12.0-f-1 update.

This was never true:

Mod seems (or is) abandonned; future updates are unlikely. - (I stated quite clearly in the mod description that issues should be raised in the source code repository, but no one ever did)

This is probably also not needed anymore:

Replace with: [ID: 1806759255] "Customize It Extended" - This mod allows you to change values in game, my values are just a preset of a few specific values. So while the same result can be achieved with "Customize it", the whole purpose of the "Park Rebalance" mod is to actually figure out which values are "good".
