Reboot if drive not found

This is a bit of an edge case and I'm not expecting it to be possible, but there's no harm in asking.

TLDR, I have a drive that coming from a cold boot doesn't init by the time Clover is reached. If the system is reset (i.e., not powered down), the drive is picked up and Clover is able to do what it needs to do.

It should be relatively rare that this happens so if I have to just do it manually, so be it, but if Clover is already somehow capable of an automatic reboot if a drive is missing, and I've missed it in the documentation, even better!
