Circumflex sign ^ is converted to "and sign" &

Hi,

the cirumflex sign ^ is converted to &
Powertoys V 0.87.1
InputTyper V 0.2.0

Can this be fixed please? :)

I'm using a German keyboard layout.
I haven't tested it with an English layout yet.

Sorry for the delay in getting round to this.

I downloaded the German language pack and tested again and I still cant seem to recreate this, ^ pastes as ^ could you tell me the exact language pack you are using and some recreation steps I can try to get this fixed for you!

A "Get-InstalledLanguage" gives me this output:
