missing cloud-init content

For easier deployment the following components are missing from the cloud-init

• make to run makefiles
• The file /etc/caddy/caddy.d/[domain-name].conf

The latter has the disadvantage that the file name and the content depend on the intended domain name. Is it possible to pass parameters/ env vars or something similar to the cloud-init to address this?

If not a template should still be provided for the file and the readme should contain instructions regarding this template.
