VICTOR:

Grizzled Merchant. 50's. Rough and grouchy-looking. Wears an eyepatch. Slicked-back black hair with some grey. Short mustache and scruffy stubble. Clothes are simple, but dirty: stained and torn collared shirt with rolled up sleeves, dark brown pants, and military-style boots. Has a gasmask and other supplies hanging on his belt.

He looks like a normal shopkeeper who has spent years inexplicably living and working underground in the most inhospitable place in the kingdoms.
