A full-body character artwork with the following description:

"A tall, thin man, mid-20's in appearance. Black hair. Dark eyes. Bookish and slight in appearance. His clothes are fine eveningwear (Waistcoat, slacks, etc.) but are overly well-worn and damaged. He wears a fine, black, hooded cloak over his clothes. He has a pair of fine gold reading glasses that he keeps on a chain around his neck. Unlike the rest of his clothes, his shoes are in immaculate condition."

His hairstyle should look like hairstyle number six in the attached reference.
