As a technician I want to be able to add notes to an alarm visible in the datapoint graph.
This is helpful to communicate the reason why some alarm was acknowledged to my co worker.
The datapoint graph overs a single view to see the alarms:
when they happened
together with the measurement
enhanced by some notes.

We are considering adding comments via a community plugin. But then you would only be able to see it in the alarms list, not on the datapoints-graph. Is it necessary to see them on the graph?
Is it possible to link a comment to a specific timestamp in the datapoint
graph?
