c8y_Serial is the correct info to check.

• Correct the externalID talk2m_id to be set as the talk2m ID and not the Serial number. The talk2m id is currently displayed in the install agent window:
• Show devices as "Registered via Agent" if the device MO with the corresponding serial number is existing and if the MO has the fragment "com_cumulocity_model_Agent": {}
• Show devices as "Registered via DataMailbox" if the device MO with the corresponding serial number is existing and if the MO does not have the fragment "com_cumulocity_model_Agent": {}
