Join command does not trigger power broadcast

Hi, I am using version 5.4.2 on Arduino mega 2560.

With version 5.0.7 I was used to get a power broadcast when joining or unjoining the 2 tracks.

This does not work anymore when joining a track which is already in PowerOn mode, as well as for unjoining.
Neither does it work with native commands nor from EXRAIL.

It does execute the join/unjoin but the feedback via broadcast is missing.
