GPF-specific parameters are not fully integrated in the modeler

Graphs containing ParameterBandExpression and ParameterPolarisations as model inputs can be executed but when they are opened in the GPF modeler their values cannot be set properly and trying to edit an algorithm linked to those parameters raises exception.

There are TODO tags scattered throughout the code, indicating the work in progress on this issue.
