GPFModelerDialog was based on ModelerDialog and this seemed to work in QGIS 3.10. But in QGIS 3.16 ModelerDialog implementation changed to subclass QgsModelDesignerDialog (C++ class) and GPFModelerDialog no longer works. Probably it has to be rewritten to rely on QgsModelDesignerDialog directly.
