Add option to mask out clouds from separate mask file

Feature request from @radosuav (for GWA): The user should have the option to pass the path to a cloud mask file (e.g. created with FMask), that then is applied to the Sentinel 2 band stack that gets exported: The masked values are set to nodata or (if that is undefined) zero.
