Draw Edit confusing on Mobile in embedded mode

Describe the bug
When using the Draw Mode in e.g. the Snowbox, the client will oftentimes display instructions regarding map panning, interfering with the map interaction.

Expected behavior
The information should not be shown when using draw interactions on the map.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to local snowbox
2. Click on Draw Mode
3. Draw some points
4. Move them
5. See information about panning

Smartphone

• Device: Android
• Browser: Chromium-based

Shouldn't matter, this will be a problem on any device.

Additional context
I don't think we're using Draw in any end-user facing application, but mostly for clerks, hence why nobody reported this yet. I'm sure it'll happen eventually, so we should address this anyway.
