The existing conda environment in ap-env.yml uses python 3.10, while the latest version is 3.13. Investigate and test an updated conda environment using 3.12 at minimum.

For versions of AstroPhotography > 0.5 and <= 0.6.2 the conda environment ap-env.yml is based on python 3.10 and astropy 6.0.

A copy of this environment was added to etc/ap-env_py310_astropy60.yml
