Labeler does not seem to work

Description

Labelers don't seem to be able to label.
Reproduction

• Use a labeler
• Try to type
• Nothing will go in the box
• Cry

And for the other part,

• Right click something with a labeler in your hand
• The game already assumes it has a label and asks you if you wanna remove it despite it not having a label
• Cry

This hat does not have a label and yet it allows me to remove the label that is not there.

If you type anything in this text box, none of your letters / words will appear.
Additional context

Might have been already fixed upstream. Has to do with the text-box for labelers themselves and the game recognizing if things have a label.

Far as I know this is an upstream bug like the Criminal records computer and will likely be fixed w/ next upstream merge

Note, as a temporary fix - moving the text window around fixes it.
