As a user, I don't like having two notifications for data regarding the same location, i.e. local conditions and local forecast. Couldn't we consolidate the two into one expandable item per monitored location?

Okay, even more strange... This morning it was doing this, acting as one notification which was expandable. Now it isn't after a restart of the phone.

I would like to let you know, I have same issue too. I need to fix this too. due to my busy schedule, it will be awhile.
