Trying to upload sample dicoms -- "hidden error"

We were excited to get this one running in almost no time (although sad to see podman-compose.yml, which I could understand , gone)

when we tried to upload some dicom files, dialog did not make it explicitly obvious that it failed

. we closed that dialog and tried to locate those in ChRIS interface and failed,

it is only scrolling to the bottom there in the log we saw

It would be nice if presence of errors in the log was communicated more vividly ;)

Also it seems it might need fixing to this miniChRIS setup so it works out of the box for the demo?

Thanks for the feedback. Currently miniChRIS-podman is out-of-date, I will work on updating its components and get back to you.
