Size increase from version 7.3.1

FreeSurfer tarball distribution size increased 1.9GB in size between versions 7.1.0 to 7.3.1, increasing the image size of pl-fshack from 10.3GB in version 1.4.1 to 15.5GB in version 1.4.2.

This hits the limit for Github Actions and we can no longer build pl-fshack with FreeSurfer version 7.3.1 automatically. As a workaround, pl-fshack version 1.4.2 with FreeSurfer version 7.3.1 is built and pushed manually.
