Error when creating new question "An invalid form control with name='description' is not focusable." #836

After input forms, I press the button "Save" on create question page. However, there is no response.
I checked the output console and there is a problem as attached file

Please help me check it.

Did you fill all the fields? It seems the description field is empty.
