[Management]Lookup list of Team member Github usernames

It is difficult to know which Github usernames map to student real names

• the whole point of this lookup table is to make it easier to assign users to tasks by their Github username
• this wiki list will also help us make sure that we get all team members added to the Github team,
  • since we have already attempted to invite team members numerous times and have had 24 failed invites

There are some Mentor only files on Google Drive that will be helpful in putting this lookup table together including:

FYI, I would probably want to keep this list off GitHub for privacy reasons. i.e. somewhere in the team drive would work.
