Make sure each issue have the following:

- Priority

• End date(can be approx)
• Appropriate [XXXX] label in the name, in addition to the Mechanical and CAD labels if they belong under mechanical and stuff

Make sure the project manager completes a status update after EVERY meeting

Cards should follow the INVEST criteria.
Independent - each task should be independent, i.e. not have dependencies or handoffs to other tasks
Negotiable - task should be negotiable, meaning team can discuss and adjust
Valuable - task should deliver value (duh)
Estimable - task should be clear enough to estimate effort accurately
Small - task should be done within 1-2 3-hour meetings.
Testable - have a clear acceptance criteria for testing
