What server(s) does this affect?
Factions, Skyblock, and Towny

Describe the bug
KillTrak and Headless Enchantments do not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Apply Headless and KillTrak to your swords/axe.
Attempt to kill a player (Repeat as needed)
See error

Expected behavior
Your sword/axe will not track your kills nor give you the head of another player.

Minecraft Info:

Your current version: 1.12.2
Installed mods: LabyMod (Including: BetterHat, ItemPhysics, MoreParticles, OptiFine 1.12.2HDUE2)
