Describe the bug
Eating an Enchanted Golden Apple gives you Regeneration for 30 seconds. Once you apply armor with Immortal, the effect continues to count down then won't change to infinity (until you take off the armor and reapply it). If you eat the Enchanted Golden Apple with the armor on then remove the armor, the regeneration is instantly canceled (The regeneration does not change from Infinity to 30 seconds if you have the armor on already). This also works backward: If you have no armor on, eat the apple, apply the armor then remove it, the effects are canceled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply Armor with Immortal
2. Eat an Enchanted Golden Apple
3. Remove the Armor
4. See error
   ( You can change the First and Second steps in which you reproduce. )

Expected behavior
The Regeneration Effect will be canceled
