Bug Summary

Whenever I watch a video on the YouTube UI, I notice background lines. When the UI hides after 3 seconds, the lines disappear as well.
this happen in new update

Expected Behavior

no background lines.

i have the same issue on opensuse Tumbleweed with floorp flatpak version 11.23.0 (64-bit).
it happens with and without hardware acceleration,with and without extensions.
it happens whenever the mouse move or the video paused and the video timeline is shown
