Bug Summary

Floorp 11.23.1. Windows 11. I have the auto-hide function enabled for the bookmarks bar. When moving the cursor upwards, the bookmarks bar appears much earlier than it should. As a result, it's impossible to click with the mouse across the entire top strip of the web page or developer tools, because the bookmarks bar appears. It's very inconvenient, a silly mistake.

Reproduction Steps

just use Floorp

Expected Behavior

Also happens in Flatpak on Arch, ideally the bookmarks bar should not appear while the mouse is still on the webpage
