Should we allow that Users could save Databases in a different Version for example if you need to send the Database to another user but the user has an old Version and can't use the Database?
I noticed that you can't delete a Database if you do not Know it's Password (in my case the Files are invalid and can't be loaded).
Should we allow to delete them anytime?

I don't think this is needed soo much. The app should always be on the latest version. If you mean that.
Good point, we should allow the user to delete them even without unlocking them.
