Type in name of user as: (user(ftp-oceans.ncei.noaa.gov:rdc): anonymous)


Type in password: (Password: guest)


Change directory to total vectors: (cd pub/data.nodc/ndbc/hfradar/rtv)


Change directory to year of interest example: (cd 2023 <---- Or year of your choosing)


Change directory to month of interest example: (cd 202301)


Change directory to region of interest [PRVI, USEGC, USHI, USWC] example: (cd USEGC )


ls  <--- Should show many .nc files


bin  <--- sets binary mode


hash <--- turns on hash marks showing progress


prompt <---- turns off prompt for each file


mget *  <--- get all files

 
quit  <--- close session
