If a user is interacting with CF over several jobs then they will have to repeat the same authentication steps several times, seems it could be better?

i.e.

    - cf api https://api.fr.cloud.gov
    - cf auth $CLOUD_GOV_USER $CLOUD_GOV_PASS
    - cf target -o gsa-tts-devtools-prototyping -s zjr-gl-test
