1.0.1 Release Notes

Known Issues

  • The packaged versions are not code-signed. Over-ride security settings if desired and install. The recommended way is to compile from source as described in the readme.
  • The fracture plot needs a bit more finesse
  • Sanding prediction not yet implemented, may include Wilson's method in a future version
  • Pore pressure due to unloading effects not yet implemented, planned for inclusion in next release
  • Hydrological effects modelling have not been implemented
  • Temperature effects modelling have not been implemented
  • Carbonate Pore Pressure Calculation has not been implemented yet

Current Usability

  • Probably useful as is for shale plays
  • Should also be useful for some clastic plays (especially tight ones)
  • The stress tilting module probably works kinda, but more tests needed before I am satisfied

Bugs

  • Expect plenty of bugs, contact author to report them if you come across any
  • May also contact author for feature requests or other suggestions

Known Issues:

  • The stability plot annotations are horrible, will fix in next version
  • The MacOS version is not notarised, if you encounter problems with running it, please recompile from the source as described in the ReadMe
  • Icons are not fully implemented, may be wonky
  • Splashscreen does not work
  • Basic Functionality is working, more testing and bugfixes required
  • A debian release was planned but turned out to be absolutely horrible, so currently scrapped. Will add in future if and when problems are fixed
