Version discrepancy

Hi,

I've noticed that there is a large discrepancy between the bambu versions that are available at different locations.

• This github. Latest release is 3.2.4 but devel seems to be 3.5.1 (undocumented)
• Bioconductor. Latest version is 3.8.0 but I can't find this version anywhere on this github
• Bioconda. Latest version is 3.4.0, which is not the latest release on github or bioconductor

Would it be possible to sync these versions (new 3.8 release on github for example and updating the bioconda meta file) so the latest version of the package is available at all sources and it's more clear for everyone which versions are available.

Thank you for pointing this out! We are currently working on harmonizing the version across the GitHub repository, Bioconductor, and Bioconda.

I’ll provide an update once the harmonization is complete.
